Nichole Crawford-Thompson

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Nichole is a self-driven, passionate educator, with over nine years of teaching experience up to the senior level. During this time she has taught Social Studies, Caribbean History and Geography attaining 90 - 100% pass rates in the CSEC examinations across disciplines. She served as HOD and Year Group Coordinator and initiated programmes such as "Operation Graduate" geared towards providing tutoring, mentorship and support for final year students and "Cultural Ambassador Competition" which fostered cultural awareness and responsibility among students.

Nichole is skilled in designing challenging, enriching, and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students. This desire to improve instruction helped her to become an advocate of technology and education integration.Nichole is a Microsoft Certified Educator with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from Northern Caribbean University. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts Degree in Educational Administration from NCU.


Ricardo Thompson

Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Ricardo is a goal oriented Web and Software Developer specializing in object-oriented approaches to network and platform development. He is knowledgeable of the software development life cycle, change management,database applications, risk analysis, UI application development, customer support, documentation, testing and supporting next-generation solutions.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Northern Caribbean University (NCU) where he majored in Computer Science with an emphasis in Data Telecommunications. While a student at NCU Ricardo lead his team mates to two victories in 2011 coping first place in both the EduVision Twenty four hours (24) Software Developers Competition and the Ministry of Education, Research in Motion (RIM) Blackberry Mobile Developer’s Competition. He was also a regional finalist in Microsoft Imagine Cup Software Developers’ Competitions 2010 & 2012.

Dr. Kenrie Hylton

Advisor, Educational Technology

Dr. Kenrie Hylton is skilled and highly qualified professional with over 17 years of experience in the information technology & educational administration domain. He as a strong desire to significantly contribute to the development and advancement of technology entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Under his supervision and leadership, as Chair of the Information Science Department at Northern Caribbean University, NCU was crowned Microsoft regional champions in 2005, 2007, and 2009. After much persistence and dedication, Dr. Hylton lead three teams to the finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup Competition within two years, with one of the teams coping 1st place Interoperability Award in 2010.

Dr. Hylton holds a Doctor of Philosophy Information Systems from Nova South Eastern University, a Master of Science in Applied Computer Science from Columbia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Caribbean University.


Mr. Jerome Campbell

Advisor, Software Development

Jerome is a Senior Systems Analyst, experienced in integrating existing technologies to deliver innovative business and consumer solutions.

He has been extensively involved in several government and individual projects that have equipped and enabled him to hone unique and useful skill sets, this includes web development, mobile development and graphic/interface design. His extensive exposure to open source and proprietary technologies have given him the opportunity to be dynamic, creative and innovative while appreciating the standards, protocol, structure and ordered element to technology.

Jerome holds Bachelor of Science In Computing & Information Technology from the University of Technology, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of the West Indies.

Ms. Roxanne Crawford

Co-ordinator, Enrolment

Roxanne coordinates online registration and enrolment activities and assists in recruitment of students.

Roxanne has strong leadership abilities and has served in various leadership positions at the community and university level. Roxanne is pleasant and enjoys serving the needs of others.

Roxanne is a Certified Phlebotomist and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from Northern Caribbean University.


Ms. Daltonette Crawford

Co-ordinator, Social Media

Daltonette coordinates all social media activities. She is very creative and enjoys using technology to enhance communications and social activities. She is an advocate for community development and engages in volunteer activities within her school and wider community.

Daltonette is currently a Medical Technology student at Northern Caribbean University.

Mrs. Damar Grant

Istructor, Information Technology, EDPM & Office Administration

Damar holds a Master’s of Science degree in Educational Technology from DeVry University and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Secondary Education from Northern Caribbean University where she majored in Computer and Business Studies.

Damar is a focused and committed educator who is able to teach across a wide range of Information Technology and Business topics. Her pleasant manner and excellent communication skills allow her to quickly connect with students from all social backgrounds.

Her experience in Educational Technology enables her to effectively use e-learning to improve teaching and learning. Within her professional field, Damar serves as a teacher of Informational Technology, Electronic Document Preparation and Office Administration; and Staff Development Coordinator.

Damar currently resides in Westmoreland, Jamaica.


Mr. Oshaine Mcknight

Instructor, Physics and Chemistry

Oshaine holds a Master’s of Science on Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Chemistry and Zoology from the University of The West Indies.

Oshaine is Industrious, goal oriented, trustworthy and meticulous. He is highly articulate, confident and able to effectively communicate accurately and efficiently via different media.

Within his professional field, Oshaine has served as Chemistry and Physics Teacher, Food Technology Consultant and University Instructor.

Oshaine currently resides in Manchester, Jamaica.


Ms. Sakina Grant

Instructor, Mathematics

Sakina holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Education from the University of Technology and a Diploma in Teaching Mathematics from Church Teachers College.

Sakina also holds Certifications in Technology Integration from the Mico University College and Teacher Mentorship from the University of the West Indies. As an educator, Sakina has served as Mathematics Teacher, Staff Advisor, Staff Observer, Mentor and member of the Jamaica National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

Sakina currently resides in Kingston Jamaica.


Ms. Jalyn Cooper

Instructor, General and Human and Social Biology

Jalyn holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Science Education and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Biology from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Jaylyn has a passion for in building the Jamaican society by training young minds, not only her subject area, but also in life skills and values that will improve their quality life and the wider society.

Within her professional field, Jalyn has taught Biology both at the CSEC and CAPE level; and marks CAPE Biology for the Caribbean Examination Council.

Jalyn Currently resides in Kingston, Jamaica.


Mr. Carey Grant

Instructor, Mathematics & Information Technology

Carey holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree Mathematics and an Associate Degree in Information Science from Northern Caribbean University.

Carey is a detail oriented educator who is passionate about using technology to improve learning. Within is professional field, Carey serves as a Mathematics Scorer for Questar Assessment and a Technical Support Analyst for Dell.

Carey currently resides in Maryland in the United States of America.


Ms. Melissa Watts

Instructor, Principles of Business and Office Administration

Melisa holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Technology, where she majored in Marketing and Finance and Banking.

Melisa is a result-oriented Business Administration Professional with proven leadership skills. Melisa has several years of experience in marketing and finance, and teaching business studies.

Melisa currently resides in St. Catherine, Jamaica.


Ms. Anakay Harvey

Instructor, Principles of Accounts and Accounting (CAPE)

Annakay holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Secondary Teacher Education (Cum Laude) with an emphasis in Business Studies from Northern Caribbean University.

Annakay is fun-loving and out-going, and has a passion to make a difference in the lives of youths. Her passion and drive for business education allowed her to be awarded Outstanding Teacher of the Year for the parish of Hanover for Junior Achievement in 2015.

Within her professional field, Annakay serves as a teacher of Accounting and Entrepreneurship at the CAPE level and Principles of Business at the CXC level.

Annakay current resides in Hanover, Jamaica.


Ms. Kimesha Cranston

Instructor, English Language

Kimesha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communication and Society from the University of the West Indies Mona.

Kimesha is a professional, goal oriented and self-motivated individual who's ultimate desire is to contribute to the development of our youth. Her personal philosophy is “Reaching for higher heights through Christ Jesus." She looks forward to using her knowledge and skills to assist all persons who stand before her with an attitude that shouts "I am willing to learn!"

Within her professional field, Kimesha serves as a teacher of English Language and English Literature.

She currently resides in Kingston, Jamaica.
